Role: PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Consultant
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 6 MONTHS
MUST be US Citizen
Our client is seeking support to implement functionality for eight-week semesters in our PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Student Information System
The University is using the standard 16-week calendar to manually manage students that are enrolled for 8-week sessions.
There are approximately 40 students in programs with 8-week semesters who are being handled manually with workarounds. This number will increase.
PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Ver 8.59.14, PUM 35.
They will be on Ver 8.60.08 and the most recent PUM by 8/30/25.
Project Goals
Configure PeopleSoft Campus Solutions for two new eight-week calendars.
Meet regulatory compliance for disbursing financial aid across the 16-week semester.
Provide accurate enrollment headcount/census data so that processes are compliant in:
Financial Aid / Bursar
Recruitment & Admissions
Institutional Research & Reporting for IPEDS and Academic Affairs
Accreditation
Embedded date-driven triggers or calendar feature in the system based on
8-week sessions for:
Late enrollment
Late enrollment fees
Last day to drop without financial penalty.
Last day to drop with a "W" and not an "F"
Last day to pay tuition without late payment fees.
Disbursement dates for financial aid for 8-week sessions.
Time allowed to address an incomplete grade.
